This chili is a spicy, chunky dish with lots of taste and a great depth of flavor that will knock your socks off. The avocado tames the heat.

when meatballs are gone you can do shots of the sauce.... gotta admit I usally cheat on the meatballs and buy em pre-cooked , or ya can make yer own about 1/2oz. I make several batches in the freezer letting them firment, although cuz of the alcohol content they dont freeze solid, LOL all ingrediants are to taste, no exact measuring is req'd .... how much you make is optional ... be creative and have fun, do a shot

Irish Beef Stew with Guinness Beer

My husband is a meat and potatoes sort of guy, and his favorite beer is Guinness. I couldn't wait to make this recipe for him. It turned out awesome! The Guinness gave the stew such a wonderful flavor.

    Tray's Spicy Texas Chili

First off, I confess that I'm not a big chili eater or maker, and this is the first time I've made chili in years. I made the recipe exactly as written, with no beans. It is very good as it is. The heat level was just on the edge of tolerable for me, but I'm a big pussy when it comes to hot peppers. I'm going to try it out on some friends that like hotter stuff than me...I suspect they may want even more heat. For the beer, I used Beck's Dark...I didnt have many choices and I dont drink beer anymore. My only complaint would be that it is a bit acidic and might benefit from some sugar or honey or something like that. Overall it was very good and I'll make it again, especially for friends.
