The one-minute story of my life
I'm the production assistant at RachaelRaymag.com. When I'm not there, I might be running, walking, eating, cooking, or reading.

What I like to cook
My fiancee and I love Italian food! Pasta, pizza, and anything with 'parmigiana' in its name...you'll find it on our plates. I like to toy with Mexican and Spanish cooking, too.
•
Who I cook for
My family's strongly Scottish, and my childhood meals tended to come right from the British Isles. Meat and potatoes straight from the crockpot was an old stand-by. We never shied from spaghetti, though!

My greatest cooking triumph (so far)
I recently made a spanish dish called flautas, doctoring up a recipe I found on Allrecipes.com to make it healthier...and spicier!

My worst cooking disaster (so far)
Once I left a good portion of a bottle of balsamic vinaigrette to reduce in a pan with the heat up too high. The idea was to pour the balsamic reduction over chicken and some side. The result was a mess! Not only did I lose all that balsamic reduction, but after two days of soaking, I finally had to throw away the pan!
