The one-minute story of my life
grew up on eastern shore of Md, near Md/Del boarder, about 2 hrs east of DC .... then lived in Santa Cruz,Ca for 15yrs .... then Florida for doz yrs now, about 1 hr north of tampa/1 hr west of orlando, in a small hick redneck town of dade city.

down home cookin mostly, Italian,Mexican, Chinese on special occassions

mostly my work & play hard friends .... family on trips home

My greatest cooking triumph (so far)
lasagna .... blueberry cheescake .... Jack Daniels meatballs, Jack Daniels choc pecan pie ..... Pina Colada Cake

My worst cooking disaster (so far)
red velvet cake ... although the ending result the cake tasted wonderful, which is all that matters ... it stuck to pans, didnt rise, but manage to spill onto bttm of oven, all 3 layers had huge craters ..... however with lots of extra white choc cream cheese frosting, tasted great !
