I work for Alladin Food Management Services, where we prepare meals for a local college here in York.

I have many triumphs, but I believe that it would have to be my dishes that I make from experimenting with different combination of spices.

My worst cooking disaster (so far)
When I was eight years old and I made oatmeal by myself.
