just a Chicago guy who loves good food. which is why i still live in Chi-town and lets face Chicago has GREAT FOOD. I will always love the Cubs no matter how much they win or lose. My mother was a chief so I learned from one of the best.

I cook for my friends and family. I love to see the looks on their faces when they eat a good meal and it is also fun when they beg me to make it again!

My greatest cooking triumph (so far)
I think My Glazed Meatloaf is my and my Family's fave! This meatloaf has people who have been ruined by years of bad meatloaf reborn. And It's Tasty Too!

My worst cooking disaster (so far)
I tired to stray from the good american formula for apple pie. it was ok but lets face some things are just good left alone. Apple Pie is one of these.
