The one-minute story of my life
Grew up, played sports, got a job, got married, had 3 kids. Because of those 3 kids and a picky wife, I had to learn to be a professional chef because my kitchen turned into a restaurant. Everybody wants something different. Mom taught me well.
What I like to cook
Chuck roast on the grill, wings, appetizers, summer sausage, jerkey, rotisserie chicken, casseroles, lasagna.
Who I cook for
My beautiful wife and 3 kids. Oh, and the people at work who keep requesting food but never donate!
My greatest cooking triumph (so far)
The most perfect boneless buffalo wings WITH my homemade ranch that tastes just like the ranch they serve at Outback!
My worst cooking disaster (so far)
Buttery garlic bread in the bundt pan. It really over flowed and really messed up my oven.
