I started cooking when I could reach the stove top. Done, table side cooking, sous-chef, chef, now a restaurant manager.

forgetting the sugar in a pumpkin pie! Not good :( The family kept eating it and asking for more and more whipped cream. It wasn't until I tasted it that I understood why they wanted the whipped cream. It's now a running joke over the holidays on a yearly basis.
