Grilled Greek Lamb Chops

Best lamb taste I have ever experienced.

Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh oregano, roughly chopped
2 pounds lamb chops (4 chops)
1/4 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground to taste
1 lemon, cut in 1/4's
salt to taste

Preparation method

1. Whisk together oil, garlic and Oregano in a shallow large baking dish. Add the chops and turn to coat. Cover and marinate for 1 to 1 1/2 hours in the refrigerator.
2. Remove the chops from the refrigerator 20 minutes before grilling. Heat grill to High and grill the chops for 5 to 6 minutes per side for medium doneness. Remove and rest for 2 minutes.
3. Add pepper to taste and a squeeze of lemon juice and/or salt to taste.
