Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil the grate.

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Grill until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. That's about 4 minutes per side for a one-inch thick chop. 6 minutes per side for a 1 1/2 inch thick one.

Add ham, tomato, and mozzarella cheese slices. Sprinkle with paprika and oregano.

When cheese is melted remove from grill. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
