1 pound bacon
40 dried apricots

Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2.

Tightly wrap 1 apricot with 1/2 slice of bacon. Place on cookie pan (with edges).

3.

Bake for 10 minutes, flip and cook for 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
