This fresh salsa is so easy, you'll wonder why you ever used to buy the canned stuff. It's very spicy, so omit some of the peppers if you're serving to a crowd that likes salsa a little more toned down.

Ingredients
Serves: 8
- 1 pound fresh tomatoes, quartered
- 1 small onion, quartered
- 2 jalapenos
- 2 habanero peppers
- 2 tabasco peppers
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tabespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Extra time: 2 hours, chilling1.
Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until desired consistency, about 1 minute.
