Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C). Place ham in roasting pan, cut side down. Pour apple juice into bottom of roaster. By hand, press brown sugar onto ham, approx. 1/2 cup. Cover ham with lid or aluminum foil if ham is too big for lid.

Roast in oven 10 minutes for every pound, or until center of ham reaches 160 degrees F. Let ham rest for 10 minutes before removing to serving plate.

Combine flour and milk in shaker cup for gravy thickener. Bring pan juices to boil and whisk in gravy thickener a little at a time until desired thickness is reached. Serve with mashed potatoes and rolls.
