Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in large mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients until ingredients are well mixed. Shape beef mixture into 1 inch balls.

Heat large skillet to medium heat. Add cooking oil. Place meatballs into skillet and brown. Remove meatballs and pour off access fat.

Return skillet to heat. Combine chili sauce and jelly in skillet until jelly is melted.

Add browned meatballs to chili sauce and jelly mixture. Stir until all meatballs are coated with mixture.

Let meatballs simmer uncovered for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
