1/2 cup olive oil

6 chicken legs or breasts

1 chopped white onion

2 cups balsamic vinegar

3/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon black pepper

2 teaspoons salt or to taste

1 tablespoon garlic powder
-
1 lemon for juicing

Cover bottom of skillet with olive oil. Turn heat on to high; after 2 minutes of heating, add chicken. |

Brown chicken and flip every few minutes, until chicken is no longer pink in the middle and has reached 165 degrees F internal temperature. This should take no longer then 15 minutes at sea level. |

Add onions, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 10 minutes more. |

Season chicken with pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Cook for 2 minutes, then squeeze lemon juice into the skillet and add the rest of the olive oil. |

Cook 5 to 10 minutes more, or until sauce is slightly thick. |
