Nice light bread with a touch of whole grain.

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons shortening
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups non-bleached white flour
1/4 cup light bulgur wheat
1/4 cup ground flax
1 1/2 teaspoon quick yeast

Preparation method

1. Add ingredients as listed to the pan of a bread machine.
2. I choose the basic setting and light crust.
