Serve this as a "starter" or entree. It will rival the Bone Fish Grill!

Ingredients

2 pounds small peeled and deveined shrimp
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup mayo
3 tablespoons chili garlic sauce (Sriracha(R))
1 tablespoon Thai premium fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot chili sesame oil
2 eggs
3/4 milk
8 ounces House-Autry(R) Original Seafood Breader
1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Preparation method

1. Clean and devein shrimp, sprinkle with 1 1/2 tsp salt. Set aside. Mix mayo with chili garlic sauce, Thai premium fish sauce and hot chili sesame oil. Set aside.
2. Mix 2 eggs well beaten with milk in dipping bowl. Dip shrimp in egg mix, coat well in seafood breader. In small batches cook in hot oil at 375 degrees F. Fry till golden brown, about 5 minutes. (Use care not to get these stuck together) Coat and cook all the shrimp and drain on paper towel or paper.
3. In a large zip lock bag, empty Mayo mix and cilantro. Add hot shrimp and mix until well coated. Serve over a bed of lettuce in soup type bowl.
4. If the shrimp gets cold reheat in oil then coat with Mayo mixture.
