This is a recipe for a London Broil marinade with Italian dressing and Tabasco sauce, inspired by the help of my grandmother. Marinate overnight or even 2 days before if possible.

Combine meat, dressing, water, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, salt, Tabasco(R), Cajun spices, and onion powder in a large plastic resealable bag. Seal and refrigerate to marinate for at least 8 hours.

Preheat oven to broil and lightly butter a glass baking dish.

Place meat in baking dish and broil, uncovered, for about 15 minutes until meat is fully cooked (reaches at least 145 degrees F internally).
