1 1/2 cups water
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, simmer for at least an hour. It will thicken with time.
