Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Mix spices in a bowl. For a healthier approach remove skin from chicken. Sprinkle spices all over chicken rotating chicken until completely covered.

Place chicken in 13x9-inch oven-safe pan. Use a roasting bag for best results.

Bake chicken in the preheated oven for 35 minutes or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
5.
Remove from oven and allow bird to rest for 10 minutes.
