My Mom cooked this spaghetti for us from time to time and I've never had anything like it. It is a very unique sauce that I think anyone would enjoy. It's a dark, sweet and spicy, thick meat sauce. Serve with noodles. The longer you let this sauce simmer, the less sweet and more meaty tasting it will become. I prefer it sweeter so I only simmer for about 20-30 min. Maximum time to simmer would be about 2 hours.

- 1/2 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 - 4 cloves garlic (depending on taste)
- 2 - 16 ounce cans tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 2 tablespoons white granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
