Dice and over medium heat saute onions, red pepper, butter, spinach, and garlic. Over medium heat add heavy cream and Parmesean cheese until smooth, add cream cheese and mix in saute'd vegetables. Hand crush the artichokes and add to the mixture. Keep over medium heat until consistency is creamy and smooth add in Cheddar cheese and Tabasco sauce. Stir to incorporate. Serve warm, garnish with diced tomato, and dip away!
