Honey and Worcestershire sauce combine into a delectable marinade for this easy, broiled salmon.

Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 1 salmon fillet (1 pound)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard sauce
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 10 mins | Extra time: 45 mins, cooling1.
Mix all ingredients except for salmon.

Pour marinade over salmon. Cover and chill for 30 min.

Broil 12 min. 5 inches from heat. Brush reserved marinade over salmon twice while broiling.
