Ingredients
Serves: 1
1/2 cup STRONG coffee, cooled (espresso works best)
To make STRONG coffee, either use an espresso machine, or double-brew your coffee in a drip machine. Once brewed, put the coffee in the freezer while you assemble the rest of your ingredients.
2.
In a blender, combine the milk, Splenda, and flavor.
3.
Add the ice and coffee to blender and blend at high speed until ice is liquified.
4.
Pour into a tall glass and watch out for frontal-lobe freeze while you enjoy this treat!
Cook's note:
For a MOCHA flavor, the only "good" choice I've found is chocolate syrup which adds SUGAR and FAT so keep that in mind. Otherwise use any sugar-free syrup available in your grocery store in the coffee section. Our local store offers Sugar-Free Vanilla, Caramel, Hazelnut, and Raspberry (yummy!).
