Ingredients

2 cups elbow pasta, cooked al dente
16 ounces Cheddar cheese, 1/2 cubed, 1/2 shredded
8 ounces Monterey jack cheese, cubed
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons Light sour cream
1 egg, beaten
2 cups half-and-half
1/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, toss together pasta with the cheese cubes (reserving shredded Cheddar) and pour into baking dish.

In a large bowl whisk together the flour, salt, black pepper, dry mustard, cinnamon, sour cream, egg, and half-and-half.
4.
Pour over the pasta and cover with shredded Cheddar. Sprinkle Italian breadcrumbs over cheese and pour melted butter over the breadcrumbs.

Bake uncovered until browned, about 45 minutes.

We made this for an Easter get together with friends along with chicken and steak kabobs and green bean casserole. We were only five people and it was DEVOURED by dinner the next day!
