Bring large pot of water to boil and add pasta. Cook 7 to 9 minutes or until al dente; drain.

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large saucepan. Add tomatoes, garlic, and rosemary. Season with desired salt and pepper. Add sugar to heighten sweetness of tomatoes.

Simmer for 5 minutes, then add sliced chorizo, chili flakes, cream, and half the parsley.

Simmer until the mixture has reduced by about half, stirring frequently. This will take about 10 to 15 minutes.

Season to taste, and serve with the cooked pasta. Garnish with the remaining parsley and the Parmesan cheese. Fantastic!!
