These burgers are juicy and full of flavor. They are perfect on the grill, but can be made on the broiler. Spice it up with a little chili or chipotle pepper for a great kick.
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil the grate.

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with hands until all ingredients are spread evenly throughout the meat. If it feels too dry, add an extra tablespoon of beer. Form burgers into desired sizes and put a small depression in the middle of each burger with your thumb.

Grill burgers on one side for approximately 5 minutes and flip; grill 5 more minutes or to desired doneness. Close grill cover for better cooking and flavor.
