Spicy Zucchini Stew

If you've ever grown zucchini in a garden, you're well aware of how you always seem to have more zucchini your family will ever eat. This easy recipe can solve that problem; my family requests it often enough that it's hard to keep zucchini in the house!

Ingredients
Serves: 6
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 3 to 4 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 25 mins1.
Brown hamburger in deep skillet; drain.

Add taco seasoning mix as directed on package.

Add potatoes and zucchini. For firmer zucchini, add when potatoes are half cooked.
4.
Pour tomato sauce over all and simmer until potatoes are tender, gently stirring occasionally.

Moderately easy
as i was making this recipe , wasn't sure i would like it.. BUT , after it was complete it turned out very tasty.. everyone complimented the chef..decent flavor
