2 (12 ounce) cans/bottles Irish stout beer
4 pounds corned beef brisket (discard spice packet or save for other uses).
Altered ingredient amounts.
I added only 2 tbsp oregano, no salt, 1 Knorr Chipotle cube (you can still get these on Amazon), and 1 cup of milk mixed with one tbsp cornstarch. I also added a bag of lima beans and a cup of peas.
