1 pineapple, peeled

3 oranges, juiced

3 limes, juiced

1 lemon, juiced and zested

8 pork chops

Slice pineapple in half the long way. Reserve half to slice for garnishing cooked meat, and puree the other half in a food processor or blender.

Combine juices and pureed pineapple; cover pork (or whatever you're marinating) and refrigerate.
