Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain, but do not rinse, then return to the pot and keep warm.

Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until cooked but not crispy. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon, and set aside.

Cook the onion and garlic in the hot bacon fat over medium heat until caramelized, about 10 minutes. Set the onions aside, and wipe out the pan.

Heat the pan over high heat, and cook the ground beef until crumbly and browned, about 7 minutes. Break the meat apart as it cooks so no large lumps remain.

Pour off any excess grease, then season the beef with the seasoned salt and pepper. Stir in the reserved bacon and onions, followed by the sour cream and cheese until the cheese has melted.

Stir the ground beef mixture and parsley into the cooked pasta to serve.
