What is better than Meatloaf? Meatloaf that combines the tastes of Bacon and a cheesburger. Meat-tastic!

Ingredients

1 large sweet onion, chopped
4 Tablespoons Lite or Regular Baconnaise
2 Tablespoons sweet pickle relish
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon Bacon Salt (any flavor)
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 Egg
1/4 cup ketchup

Preparation method

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, use your hands to gently but thoroughly mix together the meat, bread crumbs, 1/2 cup of the cheese, onion, Baconnaise, relish, mustard, Bacon Salt, pepper and egg. Pat the mixture into a shallow 2-quart baking pan
3. Spread the top of the loaf with the ketchup. Bake until the loaf is firm, 45 to 50 minutes, sprinkling the top of the loaf with the remaining 1/2 cup cheese to melt during the last 5 to 10 minutes of baking.
4. Let the meatloaf stand in the baking dish for 10 minutes, then cut into squares to serve.
5. Top with a sprinkling of additional Bacon Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste.
