All sorts of good stuff mixed together to create a chicken salad that will definitely blow your mind! Serve on a bed of mixed greens, as an appetizer with crackers or pita slices, or load up a kaiser roll and top it of with a slice of Swiss cheese...regardless, it'll blow your mind!

Season both sides of chicken with pepper, garlic powder, salt, lemon pepper. Set aside in refrigerator for up to 4 hrs.

In a large bowl whisk together sour cream, mustard, mayo, vinegar, Parmesan, and about 1t pepper. Set aside in refrigerator.

Dice apple, celery, onion, and red pepper.

Grill chicken. Chop chicken into fairly small pieces. Set aside in refrigerator to cool.

when chicken has cooled, mix everything together. Adjust to taste with salt. Refrigerate at least 30 min.
