Smooth and Spicy... Great with corn bread!

Ingredients

1 Rotisserie Chicken (Pre-Cooked)
1 Medium Onion
1.5 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 Cans Great Northern Beans
14 Ounces Chicken Broth (Canned or Boxed)
1 Can Green Chilis
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
Pinch Cayenne Pepper
8 Ounces Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Whipping Cream

Preparation method

1. Open all cans, drain and rinse beans, and strip chicken from bone. Skin is optional (I leave it out)
2. Chop chicken and onion
3. Put chicken, beans, chicken broth, chilis, onion, and seasonings in large pot or crockpot. Bring to boil, and let simmer until onions are done.
4. Turn off heat. Add sour cream and whipping cream. Mix and serve right away.

Tip

Don't get carried away with the cayenne, it's easy to over do it!
