Heat a 1/4 inch slice of butter in a frying pan. Then, scramble 3 eggs and add to the pan.

Grate and spread 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese over one half of the egg layer. Put a few pepperoncini slices on half of the egg layer, then a few squirts of hot sauce on top.

Once egg is cooked on the bottom, fold the half with no toppings over the other half. Cook the omelet until inside is done, about 3-5 minutes.
