Brown the ground beef in a large skillet.

Add musrooms, onions, garclic, and pepper. Saute until the mushrooms and onions are both soft, stirring regularly.

Add the cream of mushroom soup. Simmer on medium-low heat for 10 minutes.

Add the sour cream and simmer on low until heated through.

Serve over prepared rice or noodles.
