Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Mix the cream cheese, garlic, and parsley flakes to make the filling. You can also add the seeds from the peppers for extra spiciness!

Fill each pepper with a few tablespoons of the filling. Then roll them in this order: milk, flour, milk, breadcrumbs, milk, breadcrumbs. Place onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until golden.
