In a bowl, combine butter, mustard, and honey and mix together. Set aside. In another bowl, mix bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley together.
Place salmon into a baking dish (I add oil to bottom to keep fillets from sticking.) Brush each salmon fillet lightly with honey mustard mixture, then sprinkle bread crumb mixture on the tops of the fillets.
Bake salmon 12 to 15 minutes in preheated oven, or until it flakes easily with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
