Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 2+ hours.

Preheat grill to Medium and lightly oil grate.

Grill until desired temperature is reached, at least 145 degrees F.
Tip
Make sure the Gorgonzola is loose and in small pieces...large chunks will melt and run out on the grill. For the same reasons, grilling to medium at most is best. Overcooking just makes a puddle of cheese on the grill.
