1 wholeyellow onion (sliced or chunked)
1 (10 ounce) canFrench Onion soup
1 (10 ounce) canCheddar cheese soup
1 (10 ounce) cancream of mushroom soup
generous splashKitchen Bouquet (optional, for color only)

Added the spices SAGE, OREGANO, AND CELERY SALT...Adjust to taste and add during the last hour of cooking...I put a pinch of each in...Serve with warm French bread or thick sliced Italian Peasant bread...Sops up the sauce nicely...
