Ingredients
Serves : 4
3 1/2 pounds ground beef
3 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 3/4 teaspoons salt
14 teaspoons salsa
4 tablespoons diced onions
3 1/2 garlic cloves, minced
1 3/4 teaspoons black pepper
14 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 3/4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation method
Prep:

Cook: 15 mins
1.
Mix together ground beef, onions, cream, garlic, salt and pepper.
2.
Form into patties and divide patties into equal amounts.
3.
With first set of patties, top with salsa, jalapenos and cheese.
4.
Then top with remaining patties and press edges together to seal the patties.
5.
Grill over medium heat for 12 minutes, turning once after 7 minutes.
6.
Then serve on a bun or without, topping with salsa, jalapenos and cheese.

An absolutely wonderful burger - Thanks for the recipe, hmonline! I especially appreciate the fact that this recipe does not use "a can of this" or a"a box of that", but fresh individual ingredients. Oh, and for those who are wondering, 14 jalapeño chiles in this recipe is not for the feint of heart!
