This is a great salad for picnics, potlucks, or just any time you want to have a terrific side to go with your meal. Great with left-overs!

Ingredients
Serves: 6
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper to taste
- 8 ounces macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives, chopped
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup pimentos, chopped
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 15 mins1.
Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper.
