Pepper Jack Cheese Bacon Sliders

One of those days where the fridge is nearly barren. Thanks to the wonder of bacon and mayonnaise, my stomach wasn't. I ate these all myself, but I think next time I make them they'd be good for appetizers for a man cave party.

Ingredients
Serves: 2
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 slices Pepper Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 slider buns
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins1.
Put bacon in a skillet over medium heat.

While the bacon is cooking, smear mayonnaise on the slider buns.

Cook the bacon approximately five minutes on each side, though cooking time will depend on the thickness of the bacon.

When bacon is done, put on a paper towel to cool for about two minutes. While the bacon is cooling, slice four pieces of pepper jack cheese.
5.
After the bacon has cooled, tear each piece into fourths (or whatever size will fit your sliders) and place on the buns. Add the cheese. Eat!
Alternate method
Any other kind of cheese would work just as well...I like the pepper jack because it gives a little spice.
