Definitely a party favorite. How can you go wrong with bean dip and guacamole? I have never had the dish come home with a drop left in it.

Ingredients
Serves : 10
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans Fritos(R) bean dip
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 (12 ounce) container Dean's(R) guacamole dip
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Hellman's(R) mayonnaise
1 tablespoon grated white onion
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
1 (12 ounce) package shredded Cheddar and jack cheese
2 tomatoes, chopped
3/4 of an (11 ounce) jar sliced pickled jalapeno peppers
2 bunches green onions, chopped
Preparation method
Prep:
20 mins
|
Extra time: 1 hour, chilling
1.
Mix bean dip and chopped green chilies then spread on the bottom of 9x13-inch glass dish.
2.
For the next layer, spread the guacamole dip.
3.
Mix sour cream, Hellman's mayo, and grated white onion together in a small bowl, then spread mixture to make the third layer.
4.
Sprinkle on cheese. Followed by the tomatoes and jalapeno peppers.
5.
Cover with chopped green onions to make the 7th layer. You can make it an 8 layer dip if you want to by adding black olives, but I'm not a big fan.
6.
Chill for 1 hour and serve with tortilla chips.

King Cody....Great recipe! One question....where do you mix the taco seasoning, in the sour cream/Hellman's, or the Bean Dip?? The recipe doesn't say....I put it in the sour cream and it was awesome, but I think it may be even better in the bean dip.....
