Mix together ingredients. Marinate flank steak for 2 hours, covered, in the refrigerator.

Preheat broiler for high heat, and adjust rack 6-inches away from the heat source.

Remove steak from the marinade and place onto a broiler drip pan. Discard the remaining marinade and pat the steak dry with paper towels.
4.
Broil 7 minutes on one side and 5 on the other for medium-rare doneness.
