Place dried wings into a large mixing bowl and season with cayenne pepper to taste, tossing to evenly coat.

Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees F.

Deep fry the wings in batches until the meat is no longer pink at the bone, and the skin is crispy and golden. Drain wings in a paper towel-lined bowl.

While the wings are frying, simmer the butter and hot sauces in a saucepan over medium-high heat unti the butter has melted and the sauce has thickened slightly. Whisk frequently while simmering.

Remove the paper towel from the bowl and discard. Pour the sauce over the wings, and toss until completely covered.
