Place first ten ingredients in a food processor and pulse until lightly blended. Add beer and process until smooth. Refrigerate while burgers are cooking.

In a medium bowl, mix sirloin and steak sauce. Shape into 4 patties.

Grill, broil or pan-fry burgers to desired level of doneness.

To assemble burgers, spread a layer of Pimento Beer Cheese on the bottom of each Kaiser roll. Top with burger patty. Add tomato and lettuce. Spoon a generous dollop of Pimento Beer Cheese on top of the lettuce. Top with roll top.
