Mix the beef with the Worcestershire sauce, jalapeno pepper, pineapple, cinnamon, black pepper, garlic salt, and blackening seasoning in a bowl until thoroughly mixed. Form into 4 patties.

Preheat grill for high heat.

Cook the burgers on the preheated grill about 5 minutes per side, turning once. Toast the hamburger rolls during the last minute of cooking and top the burgers with the cheese.

Create the burger as follows from the bottom of the rolls up: mayo, lettuce, burger with cheese, bacon, tomatoes, red onions, lettuce, top roll.
