Cabbage Salsa

A Mexican style coleslaw that is great served with chips or as a condiment.

Ingredients

3 cups green cabbage, diced
5 green onions, diced
1/3 cup pickled jalapenos, diced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup juice from a jar of pickled jalapenos

Preparation method

1. Combine cabbage, green onion, jalapenos, salt, pepper and paprika in a medium bowl.
2. Pour 1/2 cup of jalapeno pickling juice from jar into the mixture. Mix well.
