Pre-heat over to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Combine Frosted Flakes & Corn Pops in a plastic bag, and thoroughly crush the two together and set aside.

Combine the egg and milk, beat, and set aside.

Combine flour, onion powder, garlic powder, & black pepper, mix, and set aside.

Take thin-cut strips of chicken and dip into seasoned flour - coat thoroughly.

Completely dip chicken into egg/milk wash quickly.

Dip chicken into crushed cereal mix, and cover completely.

Place coated chicken on a baking pan lined with non-stick foil, and place pan in oven for 20-25 minutes.

While baking, place a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Add butter, Italian dressing, and hot sauce, and continue to mix until they are well blended.

In a salad bowl, place lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and crumbled blue cheese. When the chicken is golden brown, add to salad. Top with Italian Buffalo sauce and enjoy!
