Combine all ingredients except pork in a large plastic resealable bag. Add pork, seal bag, and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate, flipping bag to re-coat meat with marinade every 15 minutes.
2.
Preheat grill to High and lightly oil grate.
3.
Place meat on grill. Cook for about 7 minutes, then flip and continue to cook for 5 or 6 minutes more. Remove from grill and let stand for 5 minutes, then serve.
Tip
Thinner pork chops are easiest to grill but dry out quickly. The bone-in chops have the best flavor. You should only flip pork chops once.
I used 4 cloves of garlic rather than 3. I marinated 4 thick cut loin chops from Costco and grilled those. Easy to make, outstanding flavor. I think if you used dried rosemary rather than fresh, you'd lose a lot of the flavor.
